Some highlights of the weekend include: 60 degree weather, A LOT of driving around to look at neighborhoods and houses, two nice dinners out, and a day full of skiing (it wasn't the highlight of my weekend but it was beautiful at least.) I practice turning all day and kind of have it down. My problem is that I get nervous when I go too fast and lose control. Not fun. Maybe I can make it to the big ski lift next time. I should just go for it next time (easier said than done). James is already zooming down the blue slopes and I am jealous. Guys are more daring, right?
This week we are going to have weather in the high 60's and maybe even 70! Is it January??? Too bad I have to go back to work tomorrow. I will just have to leave right after school so I can make it home before dark.
We are so excited about the inauguration tomorrow. We have seen so many amazing stories of people making the journey to Washington D.C. We get to watch it with our kids tomorrow, which I hope they will always remember that momentous moment in history.

I am so jealous of the warm weather- I would love for it to get above freezing here!
We're getting warmer days here as well. Wish I had advice for you on the city or the burbs...I love the city of Denver. Enjoy walking to things and being in the heart of it while you decide :)
It was a great inauguration. Glad you were able to watch it in class, that is so great for the kids. Love the weather you are having!
It was snowing today and I was thinking about you. Hope all is well in Denver!!
Skiing sounds great, and I'm the same way as in not too daring, when I got going too fast - I would just sit down, lol. Not technically a great ski technique. ;0) By the way, re: last post, I've done both and if you have lots of stuff the burbs are great. SPACE is important!
